Replyinger replies to Instagram and Facebook comments and messages for the businesses and creators who connect their accounts. If something isn’t working, or you have a question, email us.

Contact us

Write to [email protected]. Include the email address on your account and, for an automation problem, the name of the automation and the Instagram or Facebook account it runs on. We reply by email.

Common questions

• An account shows “reconnect”. Meta ended the connection, for example after a password change. Open Settings → Accounts and connect it again.
• A reply didn’t send. Replyinger only messages people who commented or messaged first, and Meta allows replies for 24 hours after that. Check that the automation is published and the keyword matches.
• Billing. Subscriptions and invoices are handled by Dodo Payments. Write to us and we’ll sort it out.
