Why doesn’t the follow-up work right after a comment?
Meta allows only one message after a comment until the person replies. Add an opener with a button first; once they tap it, the follow-up can be sent.
How long can I wait before the follow-up?
Up to 23 hours, so the reminder still lands inside Meta’s 24-hour messaging window.
Do I need a special Instagram account?
You need an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator). Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. You connect through Meta’s official login, so Replyinger never sees your password, and you don’t need a Facebook Page.
