Yes. You add an email question to any automation. Replyinger asks it in the chat, validates the answer, saves it on the contact and then sends your link.
Where do the emails go?
Each one is saved on the contact in Replyinger, with the tag you chose. You can filter your contacts and export them as a CSV.
Do I need a special Instagram account?
You need an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator). Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. You connect through Meta’s official login, so Replyinger never sees your password, and you don’t need a Facebook Page.
