Can Instagram automation make people follow me first?
Yes. With a follow gate, Replyinger asks the person to follow you, then checks when they tap the button. The link is only sent once the follow is confirmed, and a reminder goes out if it isn’t.
What happens if someone already follows me?
They get the link straight away. The follow ask is only shown to people who aren’t following yet.
Do I need a special Instagram account?
You need an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator). Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app. You connect through Meta’s official login, so Replyinger never sees your password, and you don’t need a Facebook Page.
